Shipping Policy

Receive free Shipping with a minimum purchase of $65 on items shipped within Canada.

Free shipping in Canada. Shipping in certain remote areas may have additional fees. These fees are the buyers responsibility. You will be notified before checkout. 

All products listed on our site will be shipped from Canada. In the event new items are added and originating outside Canada, you will be notified in the product description and before payment. Item’s originating outside of Canada, delivery times, costs, and return instructions may differ and also have additional fees such as import fees. These fees are the buyers responsibility. You will be notified before checkout if your order is being shipped from outside of Canada. 

Shipping Costs

Canada Post shipping costs will be displayed once a delivery address is entered using the form provided in Cart page before checkout. If your order qualifies for free-shipping, please select the FREE-Shipping option before checkout. 

Shipping Method

The shipping times listed are estimates as Post Canada, UPS or any other carrier may encounter delays and unfortunately, capekimono.ca will not be liable if such delays occur. The times listed are from the day the product is shipped. We want your purchases to arrive as quickly as possible and reserve the right to change the mode of transportation choice so your purchases can arrive faster. 

Processing Time

We typically process your order within 24 hours but it may take 2-3 days and longer in some cases. 


Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, we will gladly accept a return within 21 days. 

Items on sale are final and non-refundable.

We do our best to inspect each and every item before it is shipped to you. In the case of damage, please reach out to us as soon as you receive the shipment. 

Return Process

  • Contact us to set up your return via Email at support@capekimono.ca
  • Pack and ship your return item to the address below the return conditions. 
  • Receive your refund. Allow 3-7 days after we receive the returned item for your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Conditions

Make sure to contact us before returning an item at support@capekimono.ca 

Items returned to us without our authorization will not be refunded. 

  1. Returned items must be in their unused condition and with the original packaging. 
  2. Items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will not be refunded. 
  3. Unless they arrive damaged or defective the following items can not be returned or exchanged: special orders, swimsuits, undergarments, hats, scarves, accessories.
  4. Keep your proof of postage receipts, ship your return and include a tracking number. 
  5. We will not be liable for any stolen or lost in transit return packages. 
  6. We will not accept returns sent to us Collect On Delivery or COD.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed for shipping for items originating in Canada.  

For all other products originating elsewhere separate terms apply and refunds may take longer. The refund and/or exchange terms will be described on the product page. In the event the product page does not have return terms the above cancel before processing deadline will apply. 

Once your order has been shipped, we will not accept a cancellation request.
